I am grateful for the kindness of friends who help others through tough times. Even when they really don't have time for themselves.

I am grateful for nature...its splendor, its magnitude...and all the calmness it instills in me.

Translation: Luck is like a butterfly, chase after it, and it escapes you. But stand still and wait patiently and it will come sit on your shoulder.

I am very thankful for the butterflies in my lifetime. Especially for the Blue Morpho I have been chasing all spring & summer. But now I'll just wait patiently for luck of another visit.

I'm grateful for Physics! Just like when an egg is cooked it can never go back to the raw form, as we progress and evolve, we'll never be what we used to be. So, I'm thankful we can make choices that change our lives forever.

I am grateful for my wife Stephanie and my two wonderful children Emily & Brandon who I miss so very much! Missing my family here in Germany.

Not sure what this one translates to, but my guess is they are grateful for the beautiful women in Cologne, Germany. Or perhaps the nude beaches? Or maybe that the weather lady broadcasts the forecast topless?

I am thankful for all of God's creations. For the beauty and grandeur of the earth and heavens from His hand. For His gift of a loving and healthy family. For the amazing love, He has guided to find me...
